Singapore is only 10km2 in size; with few natural resources, their government relies on innoviation and creativity to provide fresh drinking water to its citizens.
This is a very interesting video on fresh water in Singapore.
Too often, we Canadians take our vast natural resources (especially our fresh water) for granted!
